FitCheck1. About FitCheck
These terms describe use of FitCheck AI Style Assistant, listed on Google Play as FitCheck: AI Outfit Planner, an Android app provided by Madhav Sapkota. Use the app in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
2. Using the Android app
Install the app from its official Google Play listing and check that your device is compatible. Use the app for lawful purposes. Do not use another person’s photos without appropriate permission, infringe their privacy or other rights, or interfere with the app’s operation.
3. AI styling feedback
Outfit scores and styling suggestions are AI-generated guidance. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your preferences. A score is not an objective measure of a person’s appearance, value, or worth.
You decide which suggestions to follow. Styling feedback is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of a particular result.
4. Your photos and saved outfits
You retain ownership of your photos. Use only images you have the right to use. Outfit photo processing takes place on your device; photos and saved outfits stay locally and are not collected or used by us for other purposes.
You are responsible for managing local data and any separate copies you retain. Clearing app storage can remove locally saved information. Do not rely on the app as the only place you keep an important photo.
5. Advertising and purchases
The Android app is free to download, contains ads, and offers in-app purchases. The current purchase screen describes the price and features before you purchase. Do not assume every feature is included in the free download.
Purchases through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s terms. Refund eligibility depends on the transaction, applicable law, and Google Play’s refund policies. Contact support if you need help with a purchase.
6. Privacy and other services
Our Privacy Policy explains local photo processing, saved outfits, Firebase, and advertising-related technical information. Google Play and other services have their own terms and privacy practices. Your local-photo ownership is unchanged by those services.
7. App changes and updates to these terms
Features and availability may change as the app is updated. The Google Play listing and current in-app screens describe the version available to you. We may revise these terms; the date at the top identifies the latest version.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or other protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
