1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes the handling of information in FitCheck AI Style Assistant, also listed on Google Play as FitCheck: AI Outfit Planner, provided by Madhav Sapkota. Questions about this policy can be sent to sapkotamadhav500@gmail.com.

2. Photos and saved outfits

Your photos are processed locally on your device. We do not upload or collect your photos for outfit analysis. Photos and saved outfits are stored on your device and are not used by us for other purposes, including advertising or training models.

Our statement about on-device photos is separate from the technical information that Firebase or other enabled services may process, as explained below.

3. Local storage and your controls

Saved outfit photos and related local app data remain on your device. You control access to the device and the photos you choose to use with FitCheck.

You can manage app permissions and clear local app storage through Android settings. Clearing app storage can also reset app settings. Copies you keep separately, such as photos in your gallery or device backups, are managed through those locations and their own controls.

4. Firebase services

FitCheck uses Google Firebase. Firebase services can process technical information such as installation identifiers, app and device information, usage events, or diagnostic information, depending on which services are enabled. This is separate from the local processing of your outfit photos.

Technical data handling, retention, and deletion depend on the Firebase service and its configuration. Google describes these practices in its service-specific Firebase documentation. Our on-device photos and saved outfits are not sent to Firebase.

Learn more in Firebase’s Privacy and Security information and Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising and purchases

FitCheck’s official Google Play listing identifies the Android app as containing ads and offering in-app purchases. When you purchase through Google Play, the transaction is subject to Google Play’s terms and Google’s payment privacy practices.

Advertising services may process technical information, such as device or advertising identifiers and ad interactions, to provide and measure ads. Their handling of technical information is separate from the outfit photos that stay on your device. We do not provide your outfit photos for advertising. Use the privacy choices presented in the app, where available, and your Android device’s advertising settings to manage relevant preferences.

The on-device photo-processing statement does not mean that advertising, payment, or Firebase services process no technical information.

6. When you contact support

If you email us, your email address and the information you choose to include in your message are available to us so we can respond. Please avoid sending outfit photos or other personal information that is not needed for your question.

7. Privacy questions and choices

You can choose which photos to use and manage local app data and permissions through your device. If you have questions about information handled by Firebase or another service, or wish to make a privacy or deletion request, contact us using the address below. We can explain information within our control; local photos are managed on your device. The app’s Google Play listing also provides a developer-reported Data safety section.

If you are a parent or guardian with a question about a child’s use of the app, please contact us. Do not include sensitive photos in your message.
